What we do

We believe TV is boring, the new bands sound the same and that books are published by the few, not the many.

We want to fix that.

☞ We currently have one band signed to us — furny. We're writing and publishing a book about what we do and our business model, Exploring Freedom, and working on a TV pilot called Trip TV, which will see the music and the model stuff collide.

We're seven friends, striking out against the big media companies and doing things in different ways. All our stuff is freely licensed.

We're also bootstrapping CNUK, a project to define and create a body of free culture, and will be handing that over to the Free Culture Foundation (which I guess you could consider to be our "dot org", despite the fact we're a .com-type company on a .org domain — it matters to some people, I guess.)

You can hire us to work on interesting projects in the following areas:- filmmaking, publishing, television, free software and free culture. You can also get us to speak at your events.
